The O.C.: The Musical
An over-the-top, unauthorized musical parody of the hit teen drama The O.C.
- Pick of the Fringe
Pick of the Fringe · Vancouver Fringe 2015
Synopsis
Remember the brooding stares, the water polo fights, and the teen drama so dramatic it practically begged to be sung? The O.C.: The Musical takes everything gloriously ridiculous about the hit 2000s soap and turns it up to eleven.
Bad boy Ryan Atwood, lovable nerd Seth Cohen, girl-next-door Marissa Cooper and her best friend Summer Roberts are all here, belting their teenage angst in an over-the-top, unauthorized parody that’s equal parts love letter and roast. Come for the bromance, stay for the musical numbers, and leave having learned how to get away with murder.
