Synopsis
It’s graduation day at Riverview High, and red-headed Alex has a big decision to make: will he build his future with sweet girl-next-door Cathy, or with vivacious, wealthy Erica? It won’t be easy, because Cathy and Erica have suitors of their own, each fighting to win the girl of his dreams.
Set in the mid-1990s, Riverview High follows a group of teenagers through the trials and tribulations of friendship, love and growing up. It’s inspired by (and sometimes parodies) the teen sitcoms of the era, like Saved by the Bell and California Dreams.
“An original musical that both gently skewers and celebrates adolescent angst.”
The Province
“A fun, iddy-biddy-cheesy & cute hour and a half with strong emotional moments in between.”
